Our homemade burgers are what we take pride in: a variety of tasty burgers served with crispy potato wedges.
It’s not too difficult to make good burgers when using high quality ingredients. We use bread from our fantastic local baker, Goldman. Our local butcher, Lozza, provides us with meat and greens from our beautiful Surselva region. If you are not in the mood for meat, why not indulge yourself with a haloumi burger or our homemade vegetarian burger derived from our secret and delicious house recipe. Put all this together with our savory homemade sauces and Voilá, the Nangijala Burger. We live in Switzerland, so naturally you can enjoy a fantastic cordon bleu with a salad and our delicious potato wedges as well.
After many requests from our local customers we have decided to add a bit of Sweden to our menu, which is why we have added our homemade Swedish broccoli and feta cheese pie to our dishes.
For those who feel like a lighter meal, or maybe sharing with friends, our small tapas, breads, dried local sausages, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and chili cheese will satisfy your nibbling needs. Food is very important to us and we do our best to show it through our offerings, hopefully you’ll enjoy eating them as much as we do preparing them for you. Ein Guutee!
